    My Bio

Dr. Clint Dacus incorporates research based methods of patient care into his practice. Once the discomfort of an injury has subsided it is necessary to assess and strengthen the involved area to prevent continuing problems from occurring. He supplements his practice with Kinesio® Taping Techniques (seen in 2008 Olympics) and soft tissue treatment like Graston® Technique along with physical rehabilitation for optimal patient outcomes.

Dr. Clint Dacus is originally from Red Oak, a quiet town south of Dallas. He graduated high school in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Dacus then pursued his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University earning a Bachelors degree in Motor Behavior. While at TAMU, he played collegiate football and participated in the A&M Physical Therapy Society and CARPOOL, a student organization providing safe transportation for Aggies to prevent impaired driving. It was at Texas A&M that Dr. Dacus met his wife, Shauna, a native of Baytown, A&M graduate of '05 and physical therapist.

Dr. Dacus chose to pursue his post-graduate doctorate study at Texas Chiropractic College. He graduated Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While in post-graduate study, Dr. Dacus served as class president, school Ambassador, college Mentor, and Omega Psi Honor Society member. He also held memberships in the Council of Sports Injuries, Student Texas Chiropractic Association and Student American Chiropractic Association where he participated in the ACA convention and lobbying in Washington D.C with State Representatives. Dr. Dacus concluded his education with rotations at Rice University Athletic Department, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in Temple, and with a Houston-based Orthopedic Sports Physician. He has worked over two years as the Clinic Director of a Physical Medicine clinic in the DFW area and has moved his practice expertise to be closer to his home in the Grand Prairie/Mansfield area.

Dr. Clint Dacus is a chiropractor based in Mansfield, TX. He enjoys making big changes in people's lives.

    My Take on True Balance

'In my personal research and clinical experience, a combination of therapies is most effective for many neuromusculoskeletal ailments for positive long term patient outcomes. These treatments may substitute or compliment pharmaceutical and surgical interventions. There is no reason why someone should have to live with discomfort caused by treatable and preventable conditions.'
